Same Tampa Bay Post College Scholarship​

Who:

SAME is offering a one-year scholarship to support talented students in the Tampa Bay Area who are pursuing a degree in engineering, architecture, mathematics, computer science, environmental science or related field in an accredited program.

We are offering up to five $1,000 scholarships!

The SAME Tampa Bay Post scholarship is funded by generous contributions from individual members and sustaining member companies, as well as the Annual SAME Tampa Bay Skeet Shoot and Golf Tournament fundraisers, which are held each year. The SAME Tampa Bay Post Scholarship Committee is grateful to all those individuals, sustaining member firms, golfers and skeet shooters who give generously to make the scholarship possible every year.​

The SAME Tampa Bay Post encourages applications to join SAME using the complimentary student membership and I indicating the "Tampa Bay Post " as their home post prior to submitting their application. Students may join SAME here SAME Complimentary Student Membership. We will then include you in the USF Student Chapter of SAME.

The SAME Tampa Bay Post Scholarship supports the SAME Mission and Vision. The SAME Mission is, "Build leaders and lead collaboration among government and industry to develop multi-disciplined solutions to national security infrastructure challenges.”​

The SAME Vision is, “Serve our nation as the foremost integrator for leadership development and technical collaboration within the A/E/C profession.”

When submitting your application, please send a separate copy of your application essay to the following with the subject line " SAME Tampa Bay Post 2026 Scholarship Application Essay" on or before COB of the date of the submission deadline.
